5 years in a row and this place still never disappoints we absolutely love this place, location is a dream, food is great, rooms are spacious and activities, services, entertainment… for the whole family are spot on! Highly Recommended! Looking forward to many years to come ❤️

Hotel room was nice and clean, cleaning staff was coming every day. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Our AC had only high power setting, and sleep mode did not work, so we were switching it on and off all the time, could not set up a fixed temperature with low dan speed. Shower was roomy however there was no cold water most of the time at all, first time in our life when we had to complan about burning hot water wherevere we turned the tap. Water pressure was really low as well. Wifi was always reliable and fast, had no problems with connection. Food has a decent variety, most of them were delucious, two soups daily, lots of salads and sweets. Everybody can find what they like. The beach is nice and maintained, however if you dont have a red flag with you (ask for it at the towel desk, we only found out last day) you will have no chance to relax as every minute someone will appear to sell massage, safari ride, camel ride, barber services etc... The coral coast is nice for snorkeling, if you are lucky and the wind speeds allow it. Our one week was half yellow flag and half of the time red. Nice holiday experience with only small minor things that were distracting. Can be a nice place for relaxing, if you arrive a bit prepared.

After 11/24 our first all inclusive experience, we went back. We like to explore and interact with the locals so normally all inclusive is not for us. This was different, we went short, diving and then with the diving center on the premises and a housereef right in front of the hotel this was super relaxed. To be honest we are going back for the 3th time within 10 months. The service is off the charts and the food..... well let me say, if you go to bed hungry you did something wrong, because there is something for everyone! Off course some things taste different than you have at home, but he you are on an other place on our planet, if you want it like home, what is the reason to go then right? (and even then there is something for you I'm sure) In short we love it!

The hotel garden is large and well-kept, the rooms are clean. The area is large, so those who do not like the hustle and bustle around the pools can also retreat to the green areas. There is always a free bed on the beach or near the pools. The hotel has many pools and a large water park. There is constant supervision at the pools. The restaurants are of a suitable size, there is always a free table, the food and drinks are very delicious, and the selection is large. (All inclusive). The staff is very kind and helpful!! Special thanks to Mazin Kabli for his attention and kindness and also thanks to Mohammed Yusef for his daily, conscientious work (8231 rooms). Airport (Marsa Alam) about 40 minutes, Luxor about 4-4,5 hours. Luxor is fantastic and wonderful, a shame to miss it. The hotel is an excellent choice for everyone!

We had the pleasure of staying at Akassia Swiss Resort, and the restaurant staff truly made our experience unforgettable. One waiter - A. Raheem - stood out from the very beginning - always kind, attentive, and smiling. He provided service with heart, making every meal feel special. Another waiter - Alaa Gamal - had the same amazing flow as one of the best waiters we've ever met in Poland. His great sense of humor and world-class service made every dinner a joy. Together, they create a great team and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that we will never forget. Thank you for the amazing dinners - we'll definitely be back! The housekeeping team did an excellent job - the rooms were always clean and well organized. The staff were friendly, reliable, and very professional. A special thanks to one helpful team member who was always ready to assist with a smile — we're sorry we don't remember his name, but we truly appreciated his kindness. The towel animals left in the rooms were a lovely and creative touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
